I had a high-risk pregnancy. EVERYTHING from double ultrasounds to weekly fetus monitoring and even the cost of a breast pump was covered. A great place to work and so accommodating for family.

It's average. Seems to be in middle of the pack for the industry. As with most Vanguard benefits, it used to be better.

Options are limited (only 2 Aetna options and one High Dedctable plan) but the Aetna options are fairly comprehensive.

The best thing is the reasonable cost to employees for vision and dental esp but Medical is still pretty good. Also Like having an FSA account.
