All roles provide some form of onboarding training. Some roles may require certification which may have study materials and test sponsorship provided depending on certification or program enrollment.

New hire training has diminished. New hires used to have an internal hotline to call for help with general questions. That support was provided by more experienced employees. That support is gone for cost saving. New hires have to rely on help from other new hires or newer employees.
