I think that the job training is top notch. In the event of a life event during training I feel that a secondary opportunity should be incorporated to those individuals that have to miss days for training because of life events.

The on the job training is decent.

They use "Vanguard University" which are employees long out of the trade.

VG is well-known for their job training and does an excellent job with training employees for their current roles. They could do a better job of offering training to employees for potential roles - other opportunities. Tuition assistance is available and relatively easy to get.
