PTO starts out at 3 weeks per year, then after 2 years it goes up to 4 weeks per year, at 5 years you get 5 weeks per year. Director and above get unlimited PTO. I think the benefits are lacking. Health insurance is very mediocre, maternity leave is the bare minimum, and there's no additional benefits to make up for that.

Poor maternity/parental leave policy. But otherwise benefits are fine.

vRad has great benefits available for reasonable employee contribution.

vRad was very good with their PTO; they also respected and encouraged you to use your PTO. I felt that the work life/balance is important to the leaders. I also felt that as you became a part of the company, they really respected and took into consideration the needs of the individual.

The health plan is a joke. Premiums are high, coverage is almost nothing. Out of pocket for everything until you've paid $4-5K out of pocket.
