Virtual Radiologic benefits

No bereavement plan offered or brought up when my parent passed away. Instead I was expected to work in the 2 weeks between death and funeral including making up the call I had missed to be at the deathbed.

Incredibly high dedeictible, terrible health insurance. Dental and vision are pretty good, paltry 401k match.

The starting PTO is at three weeks, which is phenomenal for someone who had just graduated from college. The health benefits were on the better side as-is, and there were lots of opportunities to participate in company wellness efforts, which would either contribute money into HSA or lower premiums.

Flexible schedules, relatively generous PTO, low benefits costs.

They match 3% for the 401K Multiple health care options - okay but not great.

Benefits are ok, wish there were more plan options for health insurance.

Best: work life balance. Worst: cost of medical insurance

401k match went back into effect (after being taken away for over a year). Benefits were above average but still not cheap.

Very good benefits package for a small company. My husband works for a big corporation, and our benefits at vRad are better & cheaper.
