the benefits where a great part of the package over all . good feeling to know you are taken care of and not have to worry about other issues other than work

good plan but would like to see more then 4 1/2 company match

You are vested immediately so that means any money that you contribute and the company contributes is 100% yours. There is a 90 day waiting period to start participating in the 401K plan. WM will match 100% of the first 3% of your contributions and then an additional .50 cents on the next 3% of your contribution. Easy money!

Up to 10% match per pay period.

Great match. I believe the total match ends up at 5%.
