Walgreens offers a wide variety of benefits to eligible team members designed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being while helping you balance work and life. In addition to company-paid life insurance and voluntary life & personal accident insurance, the benefits below are available to our team members.
I enjoy a few of the company's benefits like hra incentive for completing healthy activities, 25% discount on Walgreen brand products and 15% off national brands.

The company has a good insurance package. The stock sharing and 401k offer is a must have. The benefits are offered to those who are full time which is 30 hours.

I don't use the benefits too often but when I do they are great. I have gone to the Clinics and they are very cheap for employees and if you can get generic mess they are even cheaper. I use the vision and love it. I don't have to pay for any of my contacts all year long and they work with Oakley so I have really nice glasses for a fair price

If you have Walgreen's insurance you can go to any Walgreen's clinic for $5. There are high deductibles if you don't need the best plan which makes it hard to see your PCP for anything other than preventive care.

The benefits package is based on what you want to pay a month, however with what they pay you the only category you will be able to pick from is the Bronze (cheapest insurance with higher deductible).

Walgreens does not offer Benefits to Contractors. I was required to get benefits on my own or through my recruiting company.
Walgreens
Thanks for your review! Contractors are employed by their agency that we have partnered with, and therefore are not official Walgreens team members and do not qualify for health benefits under Walgreens healtchare plan.
