Decent 401k matches but not the best. Employee stock purchase is pretty good.

The employee benefit has been reducing on yearly basis. The health care is getting more expansive. Reduce paid holiday. Converted holiday to unusable category until current PTO used up.

Don't get PTO first year until one year anniversary, then you get 15 days retroactive to use for vacation or whatever. If a salaried position, a lot of opportunities to pick up shifts at other stores if want to make more income. 401K matches up to 4% but not until there for 90 days. Great choices of medical, dental, vision. Short term, long term disability and life insurance are included in your pay, no extra fee. Get 15% emoter discount that can go up to 25% if you join the prescription savings club (which they pay for so joining is free). Basically get the club card to get a bigger employee discount!

Vacation and paid time off are minimal, accrue about 2 weeks per year depending on seniority. New people get nothing for 6 months.

Health insurance was very good, 401K was good, vacation time and time off was very flexible. As long as time off was requested in advance I usually was approved for that time.
