I've learned a lot about the type of leader I want to be in the future and how to be part of a team in a diverse work environment. Overall it is a learning experience and in internship that teaches you hard work

During my tenure some have reported good results. I entered with a degree and 20 years of award winning engineering and management experience and did not fit any position above hourly employment.

They encourage it all the time and want you to grow

Company offers programs however, there is not alot of intro training.

Worst mgr-employee contact interaction I have ever experienced

If you start off as a College Program Cast Member, you can probably move up or to a different job when your program is over. I wouldn't count on it while you're a CP unless you have a major health issue, but even then they don't always get approved. Disney wants you to stay with them. Start off as CP or PT and make friends with your Coordinators and Leaders so you can move up or around. Disney practically owns half of Orlando, there's soooooo many different jobs and positions. It's a very diverse company in terms of job titles.
