5 months Short term 3 at 100% and 2 at 80% seems good. Long Term is coordinated with SSDI and partly employee paid. I presume they will chop STD soon.

I paid every year for the upper tier. I'm glad I did because I need it. Have to jump through hoops (even if your gimpy) to keep the benefit once it starts. Have to apply for SSDI and then they pay the difference.
