High deductible health insurance is the only option. Process-oriented HR seem to be oriented toward minimizing cost rather than providing a service to employees.

Terrible and not affordable at all. They take about $200 a month out of your paycheck for health insurance and it covers little to nothing. The deductible is so high that you can't afford to see a doctor.
