Ok considering today's plans. More options would be nice.

Deductibles are high but that is the norm.

Best thing is that they offer it. Worst thing is that it is too much to pay. They don't pay enough to live and pay for health insurance, dental, and vision

The actual insurance itself is not great, there are high deductibles and it's hard to meet these so you end up paying most of your expenses out of pocket. When you meet them a lot of the expenses are paid for but you still have a 80/20 ratio for the insurance so there is still some coming out of pocket. All of the other benefits are better than the health insurance.

The best option was a high deductible PPO plan through Blue Cross, otherwise you would have to chose an HMO who didn't have high ratings.

Pretty expensive plan for the employees for something that's comparable to a similarly priced insurance plan I can get from the Obamacare health exchange.
