It is OK, but not the best. You can find better plans online that cost less. A lot of the employees either gotten insurance through their spouse or bought their own online.

I worked there just over 3 years and my health care provider changed each year. First I had Anthem Blue Cross. They were horrible. One time I was told by customer no-service that I could speak to a supervisor, but that they wouldn't be able to change their decision to not pay my claim for something that should have been no cost (wellness visit). A V.P. in HR had to get them to behave. Next year I changed to Cigna and they were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, they were not available to me the following year because of the zip code I lived in. I ended up choosing Kaiser because I did not wish to deal with Anthem again. Kaiser's Customer Service was also horrible. They double billed on three separate occasions and dealing with the billing department was futile. You could not speak to anyone with authority to act. They had to submit everything to some other department to review. I had to have my contact in HR intervene again. Bottom line, go with Cigna if possible.

There is nothing to add here. Their benefits are good.
