The health insurance isn't the best. It's about average and the costs go up every year while cost of living adjustments are never made to pay/salary. Inflation is a real thing but Xerox ignores it. When you work for a company for nearly a decade without a raise these small things add up.

Best is you only pay for me around $80 a month for the complete benefits (dental, medical, vision, life insurance, accidental death, hospital indemnity etc), they also have the HSA plan that gives you $45 a month automatic, this compensates for the $1000 deductible from you medical insurance.
Its not the best but a little above the mediocre type I should say.
