Too expensive for the little coverage

High deductible only choice you have.

It's good coverage but the cost is too much

Xerox had great benefits at one time but now they may as well not bother. They are good at slinging their corporate bull to try and make you believe they are doing something for you but in reality they are doing absolutely nothing other than cutting your salary and increasing your benefits expense to insure it all fall on the employee.

Declining year over year... much like other organizations these days. More a product of the market than anything specific to Xerox.

They offer only one high deductible plan and no other option..

Only one option, no hmo available

Their Aetna plan isn't too bad but out of packet costs are pretty high

Pretty much typical health insurance benefits for companies these days. You are, however, not given any choices as to different plans. Only offered Cigna; no other plans offered.
