High deductible plan doesn't cover many services - initial funding for HSA is spread throughout the year instead of upfront, approx $40/month, which can put a huge burden at the beginning of the year to self-pay especially for medications

The benefits are decent, but they are very expensive.

Benefits are okay but they aren't great. To get a good plan you are going to get a lot taken out of your paycheck.

CDHP is a great plan if you don't have much illness or a large family. It's cheaper and easy to use with an HSA that goes year over year. The dental and eye are great.

It's expensive for how many employees they have. Co pays are high. You have to obtain a doctor's note for a sit stand desk instead of them willingly providing them to those who prefer to stand.

Very expensive healthcare that employee is required to pay for. Company gives you up to $75 off after one full year of service if you obtain 1000 "health points." Health care PPO plan is not great.
