Horrible plan, you can get a better plan for less money paying for it out of pocket. If you do that, you salary doesn't increase so this is of no benefit to anyone.

Very expensive for families. Individual is okay, not much coverage unless you want to pay a large premium

The coverage is slightly above agerage

Benefits worsen each year with options of high deductible versus insanely high deductible. Of course, company pushes you to take the option that costs them less in the long run, but costs the employees more yearly! Don't be fooled by the FSA option of employer contribution...it doesn't even out.

Two options. Expensive and more expensive

It is a standard health insurance plan with a couple of options PPO versus HSA.
