50 percent off products and once a year around the time you were hired (like August for example) you would get a code for 70 percent off one time use only, $500 max. Most people stock up at that time. Only works with code however so prepare to wait a couple weeks to get that code mailed to you. Mine was sent to the wrong boutique so it took even longer. Still better than most retail stores which are closer to 20 percent off.

The discount is 50% off any Shiseido owned brands such as Nars or Laura Mercier, etc.
