Everything in the store is purchased at cost.

We get 50% off and on our 1 year anniversary we get a 25% off on top of the 50%.

Compared to other retail jobs this discount is better than most, since they offer a 50% discount on most products. Other companies only offer 10 or 20% off. Newly launched products are excluded from the discount however employees are often given free products to test.

Employees get 50 percent off

Employees receive 50% off merchandise but have a limit on quantities of the same product. Anniversary discount is offered each year--extra 25% off the usual 50% off (does not add up to 75% off retail price). Gratis is given at initial hire and during seasonal training sessions but is meager compared to other cosmetic companies.
