Pretty decent training and experiences

Stores are so far spread out there is little to no training.

Normal retail training. Some training is done on IPADs. Some training is done with a guide and hands on training. This job does require more use of excel than most other retailers.

Terrible!! Boot camp training was the best! They don’t valuetraining and it shows in their new culture

Very in depth training

I started at holiday time so I was thrown into everything as a manager so I learned as I was working but there is a proper training day when you first start for beauty ambassadors.

You have a few days of training but the training is never ended, theres always something new

Used to be better before they sold out to sheisado. They would fly people out, pay for hotels or meals and do district trainings, now it's only in-store by your manager. Store meetings are mandatory, normally once a month.
