Job Training

Terrible at training. 4 months in there were still things that I was never taught by anyone.

I had very limited experience at makeup application and less with skincare. I was thoroughly trained. The whole staff was great at giving sales advice to each other.

We get trainings on products each season. Now they are switching things around and only the BM will receive training.

Not really. They made you read a book for 2 days

On site training, hands-on from the managers, there is a also a work book that must be completed before you start selling so it is very in depth and helps out a lot!

The level of job training is dependent on who your store or assistant store managers are because otherwise it consists of you sitting in the back for 3 days reading about products then you out on the floor struggling to know what you're supposed to be doing.
