Performance Bonus

Sales goals aren't realistic in the climate of retail currently. The same few stores always get bonus.

Bonus structure changes, but you probably will not bonus that often because the company invests all of its advertising into ulta and sephora.

The company prioritizes ulta, Sephora and other brands before it’s own boutiques so making bonus is rare.

Decent compensation for performance bonus

Every so often if you make positive sales numbers and beat out other stores they give cash incentives but it’s not an all the time thing

I've not seen one! If you are in a high volume store, but if you aren't you won't see it. It's not a high amount if you do get it. For an ABM you would receive $100, while the Boutique Manager receives 5 times that. In my case I do the BM and the ABM's job

Taxes are taken out of bonuses and it's based on rank. A part timer only gets about $12 after taxes while the ABM gets up to $150 for the same thing. Some bonuses are gift cards like $10 at Starbucks or even gifts like products, water bottles, reusable bags, watches etc.

100+ dollars usually for making your goals during holiday season etc. I believe this varies based on your position with the company
