Performance Bonus

Hardly ever received bonuses

Bonuses are only offered if the entire store/team exceeds a set sales goal for a sales quarter. A sales quarter is 4 months of each year. So if a team exceeds this set number for 4 months then a bonus is given out in the form of a second check that accompanies your main pay check. So even if you as an employee makes the goal, if your team doesn't then you see nothing.

You don't really get much on your check

only 20 dollars for a whole month of hard work.

For full time only

received about 120 a month for performance on the counter

Fair relative to most companies

The manager would brag to her part timers that her bonus was so much better but make them work on their lunch period whlie she was on her phone in the back.

The bonus is a joke if you are a BA or Keyholder.
