Standard PTO increases as you spend more years in the company. On completion of 5 years you get a 1 month full paid sabbatical.

You receive an Increase PTO every year up to 60 months of service.

Standard 10 days plus floating holiday

Start accruing PTO at time of hire and can borrow against future accruals if needed. Would like to see the accrual rate to be a bit more competitive but we also have a paid sabbatical program after every 5 years of service so it evens out.
