Anyone else applying everywhere and hearing nothing?

McKinsey’s latest people initiative is warning consultants they’ll be dismissed for incorrectly charging time to the beach unless they confess immediately. An email has gone out to all consultants with an allegation of “mass timesheet fraud”. Remarkable that the approach is to create a culture of fear and jump straight to dismissal, rather than ask why timesheet discrepancies might exist in the first place!

How much lifetime income would you be giving up by moving to Europe and working at a multinational company there, instead of a corporate career here in the US? I know salaries are lower in Europe. I love Europe so much, and want to move there. Looking for jobs that sponsor a visa is hard though. Looking at SAP and Salesforce, for example…
