How bad does it look if you hop around companies a lot (staying in a role for 10-12 months only) but have always been leveling up? Have done SM to AD to D and now interviewing for SD, all at different SMID and big pharma
Does anybody know if there were any big layoffs at Novavax in October to November 2025? Like 50+ employees? I saw information about the company restructuring during that time but did that result in any big lay offs in the state of Maryland specifically.
