I am having a difficult time with candidates replying to me on LinkedIn, We are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager. Little to no avail. We do not have LI Recruiter, I am getting nowhere, Any advice or markets or groups I should scrub for talent?

HI everyone, so I have been working for a company nearly 5 years and the last 3 years have been awful , my colleague seeks validation and aligns with the MD and her friend who does the accounts we work remotely and there has been alot of unfair treatment. They aren't compliant yet want me to work as a healthcare recruiter. My commission has been withheld, and accused of Gross misconduct due to Podiatry appointments which were authorised. Now been dismissed due to me raising concerns.

The only thing I care about is not being a slave to a job. Chasing a leadership title, more money, etc. I have done that and it’s miserable. I’m fine with earning around $100K for the FAR foreseeable future. Life is short. Use your job and the money from it as a tool to simply live your REAL life outside of your 9 to 5. Stay OUT of debt and lifestyle creep. These companies don’t care about you. Travel and enjoy life! America has really brainwashed us into making work the biggest priority.
