The Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Department will bring together employee voices to honor existing racial equity, diversity and inclusion efforts in Pacific Clinics. Through listening and learning from each other, we will co-create and operationalize our racial equity and justice (REJ) goals in employee programs, public policy advocacy and within the life-changing services we provide daily.
The JEDI Department facilitates and supports several employee-driven REJ change efforts. These initiatives include guiding the agency level REJ Committee, REJ Integration Work Group and supporting regional REJ Committees and employee affinity groups.
