Inclusivity is at the core of what we do at YAI. Guided by our vision of “seeing beyond disability,” we believe that diversity of all types is crucial to building stronger communities where we challenge each other and grow. Our workforce comprises 74.7% women and 73.8 % people of color.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Coalition for Equity (DICE) brings together almost 100 staff members from across our organization to develop new ways in which YAI can better support equity throughout everything
