A very disorganized Human Resources Department. Their career fair was a joke. Once I arrived they mentioned that the position I actually came for had been posted by mistake. They offered an alternative position and I had a 5-minute interview for a position I was more than qualified for. They asked me to come back the following day. I interviewed with a consultant that was conducting interviews on his first day. They asked me to take an assessment test, which I did. They proceeded to schedule me for a psychometric evaluation through a third party phone interview. I have taken many of these and administered many as well. I know the testing very well. After two weeks I called the interviewer back who was surprised that none had called me. He mentioned that my results indicated I was not a good fit. Really, a waste of time. This is why they have had 4 managers within less than 1.5 years at the same position. I guess their psychometrics in "REALLY" working.
