1 Hotels interview questions

I was instructed to text the manager of Front Desk once I arrived for my interview. I never got a response, as the manager was "too busy" to do so. She was overwhelmed by a group that checked in, which caused her to miss all of her morning and afternoon interviews. I waited about 2 hours in order to interview with someone with HR that had nothing to do with the hiring process. Many of the earlier interviewees were there waiting for longer periods of time. I was told that I was going to meet with the manager, and two other people from HR, all in one day. Unfortunately that did not happen due to the groups appearance and I had to go back another day. Luckily I only waited 1 hour to finally meet the manager. The interview was simple enough. This hotel clearly has no idea what they are doing, nor do they care about their candidates.
