Filled out online questionnaire, had introductory call with HR rep, then call with a couple of Supervisors. Phone interview consisted of several questions and informal conversation to understand fit for both myself and the company.
2 rounds of assessments. Had to call a week later when I saw the job was no longer posted. Nobody could talk with me but 15 minutes later I got a text and email saying "Thanks for your interest....."

45 Minute 3 Panel Interview, The customer service manager, product development manager and a Sr Customer Service Rep. The interview mostly consisted of the customer service manager explaining the position. When it came down to the operational aspects of the business the Sr Customer Service Rep took those question from me, all were answered adequately.
I was then lead around the office in a kind of weird we are going to offer you the job type tour, pointing out where I would sit if I took the job. I was offered the job that same day.
