3 rounds: 1st round screening call with HR 2nd round take-home assignment 3rd round double round of technical interview (1 LC easy, 1 LC medium, random various questions) and behavioral with manager

Applied online. Recruiter reached out, and after much back & forth on timing we finally set a meeting. Then, less than 60 seconds before interview start time, the recruiter told me, "I am stuck in traffic and can't make it." Really? It was a Zoom interview! We spent the next TWO weeks trying to reschedule, and when we finally did connect, I had a great interview. Then after being ghosted again for 10 days, I was informed they went with someone else. Which is not really surprising, since from when the recruiter first reached out until we actually spoke was nearly a month! That's plenty of time to get pushed to the back of the line in the process.
