Interview
A paper based work exercise which I had to present to a partner, followed by some discussion with him and then a competencies based interview with an MA. I felt I really needed to know a lot about the law and as a Arts Undergraduate I felt disadvantaged. The interviewers did not put me at ease but they were happy to answer my questions and did so honestly.

Exercise: How should we deal with the board members? You mentioned 'intellectual property' what are the issues surrounding that here?
Competency questions including: a time when you made a mistake, a time when you had to build a difficult relationship. What I am most proud of, how I would deal with a deadline I knew I would miss and also about specific experiences I had on my CV. At the end she answered my questions

Interview
Online applications, followed by group case study assessment and individual competency based interview. The group case study required reading quite a lot of information in a short time, working with others and presenting the information. It was challenging but fruitful. The individual interview was more casual but required thinking on your feet.

Fairly straight forward. Two interviews (one case study). The case was the more difficult interview as it is conducted by a partner. Mine was a fair interview he was neither harsh nor lenient. I would recommend reading up on business analysis as they are definitely looking for commercial awareness.
