the manager will sit you down in the lobby of the restaurant and is basically trying to see if you are willing to work flexible hours and to be on call. They will not hire you if your availability is really restricted. They are looking to see if you are a team player and are weilling to work beyond your job description.

Interview
The interview went well. One of the managers conducted my interview. First thing, they asked if I had a food handler's certificate, which I did, and they really liked that. If I didn't have it, they would have signed me up to get one. Then we talked about the situations I've faced in the workplace and how I was able to resolve them.

You meet with the manager, who typically has a sheet of prepared questions to go through with you. It's generally a relaxed and low-pressure situation.
Met with 2 owners for the interview, they were professional and asked questions that were actually regarding the role. They kept the conversation professional and were on time and did not linger around any specific topic
