A&W Restaurants interview questions

I applied online. It took a few months for me to receive a call. We a et up an interview and I came in a week later. Interviewer was very nice, asked easy and practical questions about when I could work and such. Received a call less than a week later and was hired.

Pretty basic interview. Went in to give my application, met with the manager and got a call the next day. They were hiring during that time. All the questions were pretty simple. It was my first job, so i didn't have much to say. But they needed some front staff so I was hired. The training took about a week to get a hang of and went well. I loved working there, very good if you're in high school and need a job. The pay was minimum way, but as a student, it was good to have some income. Only negative was sometimes it would get very busy and the kitchen wouldn't be as fast as you'd want it to be. Unexpected rushes would also make for a stressful environment. But worked there for 3 years and made some really good friends. It's a hit or miss with franchises, and thankfully I worked with a good, helpful team.
