A24 Receptionist/Administrative Assistant interview questions

I applied online on their website and had a phone interview a few days later. I thought the interview went well. The person I was talking with said that there would be a second round of in-person interviews and that she would contact me in a few days to discuss next steps. I never heard back. I emailed her a thank you and a follow-up email a week later...still no response. I lost a lot of respect for a company that I really value when they can't take the time to let people (who take time out of the middle of their workday to interview) that they are going in another direction. It takes 3 seconds to reply to an email. Not good business practice.
