after Shortlisting based on test after some days there was Technical Interview on video conferencing The Interview was around 35-40 minutes. the Interview started with Technical projects for 5- 10 minutes then he touched basics of each subject and there was last question what you know about ABB
Then after They called the shorlisting Candidate to Their center in Banglore for GAC
(Graduate assessment Center) Where Three rounds was there NOne of them was elimination Round. One was Behaviour Interview Not HR Its Behaviour Interview For 40 minutes round Then Presentataion was there. They give a situation printed on paper give you chart paper colours markers everything and after 1-2 hours you have to present it 5-10 minutes. then there will be Group discussion for 30 minutes.
Finally its over
It was easy. Highly organized and responsive. Appreciate the ease of hiring. The interview was conducted in friendly environment. I was asked technical questions and was given time to respond and think.
