The recruiter was absolutely terrible at giving feedback after the interview. She was fairly new and didn’t have any real questions about the position I was applying for to ask.

Question 1
How will you handle being a woman in a male dominated industry?
Three rounds of interview + IQ EQ test. First round with hiring manager followed by HR and final round for salary discussion after fulfilled the IQ and EQ test. Last round of interview can be difficult due to salary discussion
Very good communication from Eomloyer side, proactive and showed interest. Nice interview and feedback. First interview general and second interview in more details. We went through CV first, then Human relation person explained company and then team and role.
