I applied online. I interviewed at ABB (New York, NY) in May 2020
Interview
It was very tedious and they asked a lot of questions about why I was interested in their company and why I was passionate about that career. They looked over my resume and asked me about many of my previous work establishments. They thoroughly asked me questions to gauge whether I would be a good fit for their company.
i had one interview, it was behavioral, it lasted about 30 min, the offer came 15 min later. overasll i had a very good experience, lots of time to ask questions.
Super simple. Was more of a conversation rather than being asked a million basic questions. They asked a lot about safety and what that means to me as well as what I feel like I could contribute as an intern.
