Telephone interview consisted mainly of questions related to the candidate's professional experience from prior positions they've held. In addition, a few behavioral questions were also asked (strengths and weaknesses, etc...) as well as inquiries of any employer clauses which you may be obligated to follow (non - solicit, non - compete, etc...)
