I sent my resume to the friend that was working at a company and received an email from HR the same day. We did a brief screening on the phone and I was scheduled for the in-person interview a week later. I was interviewed by the manager and the director and received a job offer the next day.

Was set up for phone interview. Person never called never followed up. I sent a email to follow up. They said they were randomly out of office that day they scheduled the interview. We rescheduled then day before interview get a email say the position has been filled.

The interview process is smooth and easy going! There really isn't too much to be worried about when interviewing with ADESA. Be aware of your resume and tenure at an company.

Friendly HR, she told me details about the company and job title. She was also with another supervisor. Lots of note taking on the HR side. HR had a lot of questions and the supervisor only asked one or two.
