What drives you? Sell something to me and role play?
ADP follows a multistep process with various levels of leadership. Presentation at the end. HR support throughout. If they find you might be better for another role or team during the process, they will refer you over.
It was 4 rounds, very entry level sales questions but they did have 4 managers in the room at the time. Everything was very straightforward they did not as for numbers because they willhire people that have no sales exerience
