There were 2 interviews. One initial interview then with someone specified in your internship area. They will ask why you want the role and your qualifications and then explain the role itself.
The interview focused on basic computer science fundamentals, including data structures, object-oriented programming, operating systems, databases, and computer networks. Most questions were based on core concepts and my resume projects.
Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.
Three rounds, your regional recruiter will reach out to you for a screening call, then there's an interview with the VP or your future SE, then there's a final confirmation call.
