I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at AECOM in Oct 2015
Interview
Online application, followed by online tests and a pre-recorded video interview. After upload they said that the application will be reviewed shortly. After one reminder, they told me they will come back with an answer shortly, but after 18 weeks and two reminders, still no answer.
The first round included an email from the Talent Acquisition team that included introductory questions about motivations for the job application, years of experience, current salary, salary expectations, notice period, etc.
I was given a written test with 3 questions. 2 of them are about my comments on Hong Kong current planning news/ policy. the last questions is to calculate the development parameters with given information. it was then followed by 30-min face-to-face interview.
The whole process was a great experience. The team was very transparent about the expectations of the position and the company. They put me at ease. It was more of a conversation which helped me see their rapport with each other as well.
