I independently reached out to a current employee for a quick chat. A few weeks later the hiring manager called to chat briefly and gave an offer. There wasn't a real timeline to the whole process.
pretty standard finance interview dcf, financial statements, $10 of depreciation etc. the process was very methodologically and i personally did not think that the interviewers are not nice or trying to get to know you beyond the resume/technicals.

Interview
I applied online and had difficulty organizing times with the analysts through human resources. The first interview were mostly fit questions. Second interview was mostly DCF and valuation based questions.They are a smaller firm so generally easy to get in touch with.
