Interview
Horrible. After some back and forth with HR and a C-level employee, I scheduled an interview for the Executive Assistant to CEO role. I showed up for the interview, waited in the Reception area without being greeted for 20 minutes and was immediately told that another admin on the team "took the role" and that now I would be interviewing to be an Administrative Assistant for the Marketing team.
It didn't seem to phase HR that this was a huge waste of my time that that this information could have been relayed to me. To me, this shows that they don't respect their assistants or what they have to offer.
I sent an email to the C-level employee after to express my frustrations and was told that other candidates who were scheduled for later in the week were advised but they CHOSE not to tell me because of "timing" (as in, they would rather me come out, skip work, to tell me face-to-face than send a simple message because of the "unexpected promotion this morning").

We're not looking for an Executive Assistant for the CEO anymore. Would you be interested in hearing about becoming an Administrative Assistant to the marketing team?

Interview
The usual Zoom interviews. First with HR then an employee. Never heard back after the second interview even after the usual follow-up. The interview was back in April and they claim that their process is quick. Doesn't really seem like it though.
