Telephone then two face to face. Fairly informal, questions were clear and the kind that I would expect in that role. Accommodating and comfortable in both interviews. Much more of a personality check than a technical test. They were humble as to why the role was being made available. Bad choice of recruitment company but then again maybe I wouldn't be in the job... Exactly how I think interviews should be undertaken, have been an interviewer and interviewee and this is definitely how it should be done.
