I submitted my resume through my university's career website. I was invited to interview the next week in person on campus. There were two 30 min interviews with two different current employees at AIG. I got a phone call four days later for my offer.

Tell me about a time that you accomplished something without getting much instruction or detail.

Interview
First round was a short phone interview where a few competency based questions were asked.
Second and final round involved going to Croydon for a 2 hour session where the first 1 hour was split into 2 mini interviews, the first being competency and personality based questions, and the second about CV and experience. The final hour involved completing a group task whilst being watched by the interviewers and managers and presenting our results at the end.
