Was a formal interview however employers were very nice and did not abuse their power per say. You should be prepared to explain why you are a good fit and your prior experiences. Standard corporate atmosphere.

Met with two different people who I would be working directly under. They mostly did all of the talking with a few questions here or there fishing for experience and technical skills I possessed. I was fresh out of college and was a mid level job. They were looking for an expert in excel.

It´s an easy process. Fill up some online forms and then the call you for a personal Interview. The questions are pre-made and the interviewer was very nice person. All the process was slow. I recommend a very formal aptitud and personal presentation for the interview. They see thats aspects on the person who asking the job.
